Guam’s Genina Criss at Micronesian Games 2018

Genina Criss from Guam has performed outstandingly at the 2018 Micronesian Games, competing in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m and 10,000m run. Over the duration of the 2018 Micronesian Games Genina Criss has won gold for Guam in the 800m, 5000m and 10,000m run and 1500m

It was a great start for Genina Criss when she achieved gold on Day 1 of the Micro Games in the 10,000-metre run, running at a time of 47 minutes and 54 seconds. On Day 2, she ran a time of 21 minutes and 14 seconds in the 5,000-metre run, achieving another win and another gold medal. Criss won gold again when she competed in the 800-metre run on Day 3, running a time of 2 minutes and 27 seconds. On her final day of the Micronesian Games Criss won gold in the 1500-metre with a time of 5:01.85
