Queens baton relay Reaches Fiji
as of the 20th of November the Queens Baton relay has reached Fiji. the People of Fiji celebrated with joy as the baton arrived. When the baton arrived It was greeted by the President of the Fiji Association of Sport & National Olympic Committee (FASNOC) and the Minister for youth Sports Laisenia Tuitubou Athletics Fiji was represented by Abhinesh, Fiji’s top 400m sprinter Samuela Railoa, hall famed and former Pacific sprint queen Vaciseva Tavaga and Fiji’s top distance runner Avikash Lal. Here are some of the things that happen while the baton was in Fiji. As of today the baton will be arriving in Samoa.
2017 WESTERN FMF CHOW GAMES
Last weekend was the Western FMF Chow Games with it all done with the Results have been released HERE. Forty-four records were broken during the second day of the Games. the Competition went smoothly for everyone involved. Team Lautoka also retained the overall title. They topped the medal count with 70 medals while Nadroga came in second with 67 while Navosa were in third spot with 47. here are some Photo’s from the weekend.
