From Area Records to multiple competitions across the region – Athletics is Back! In New Zealand, we had the final meet of the Spring Series in Hawke’s Bay. Lauren Bruce (NZL) threw a 5.30m Personal Best to break fellow Kiwi, Julia Raticliffe Area Hammer Throw Record. The Cook Islands succeeded in there 2020 version of @roundraro – athletes competed from Cook Islands and also virtually around the world. Fiji had an Amazing turn out at the Levuka Fun Run/Walk for Life that took place on the island of Ovalau at Nassau Park. The event was a fundraiser event where all proceedings went towards works and renovations for the Town Hospital. Finally Samoa who hosted the Digicel Relay: A very successful Road Race.
