Fiji’s Dash For Diabetes

A week after the World Mental Day Athletics Fiji was at it again with their Kids’ Athletics Program at the annual Dash for Diabetes, which was organised by the Petero Civoniceva Foundation and was held on a beautifully clear Saturday morning. The 5km dash for diabetes is one of the many ways that the foundation uses to help boost their cause in Fiji. Working closely with AF development officer Albert Miller Snr and through the use of their new Kids’ Athletics kit, it attracted both the young and the old ones to join in.
