Palau Cross Country Series
Palau Track and Field Association has held their High School Cross Country Series on Wednesday including 5 High Schools:
- Emmaus Bethania High School
- Cardinals
- Palau High School
- Belau Modekngei
- Palau Mission Academy
With more than 150 girls and boys took part in the 5km run it would have been an exciting day for the children. Results
Fiji Games Competition
Last week The Fiji Games competition hosted the 2nd of 3 Pacific Mini Games Trials for athletics. Before the event in December Athletics Fiji has high hopes of being at the top of Pacific Island Athletics once again. By the end of the Fiji Games team Suva had a impressive medal tally of 23 Gold / 16 Silver / 6 Bronze. Congratulations!
Asian Indoor Championships
The Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games will be held at the Ashgabat Olympic Complex. The indoor athletics events will begin on the 18th and will conclude on the 20th of September. For Indoor Athletics, athletes compete in 13 track, field, combined and team events.
