222 Athletes partook in the 2019 Rarotonga Queens Birthday annual Village Athletics competition.

A great turnout across the board, especially considering the soggy weather throughout the day. Congratulations to Arorangi for again taking out the Kumete trophy. They have set the bar now for the rest of the villages to bring their A-game to next year’s event.

Overall village results:
1st Arorangi
2nd Avatiu
3rd Ngatangiia/Matavera
4th Titikaveka
5th Tupapa
