Anti-Doping Vanuatu

Last week Athletics Vanuatu held an Anti-Doping activity/course, which gather people both athletes and local coaches young and old with ages ranging from 15yrs – 32yrs for athletes and 35yrs – 48yrs for the coaches. Throughout the activity/course 66 athletes attended the awareness including 6 local coaches. Athletics Vanuatu’s President Jansen Molisingi was present at the course was asked how the course went and said “Yes i was there it went well all athletes & Coaches enjoyed it and participated in the activities given”. It seems that everyone enjoyed the course.

 

Palau Walk 4 Life

This Sunday the PCAA (Palau Community Action Agency is celebrating their 50th year anniversary and is to commemorate the occasion they are holding a 5k walk for life. The walk will start from Track & Field to Meyuns (Office of the President). Registration Opens at 5:00 a.m. and will cost $3 pp, the walk begins at 5.45. Shirts will be given to the first to cross the finish. So come down and spread the word.

End of the Year

As it’s coming to the end of the year the year the amount of courses being run in the Oceania region. As we are coming down to our last 2 courses. CECS Level 1 in Tuvalu December 1st – 11th and an IAAF CECS Level III Sprints, Relays & Hurdles in Melbourne December 12 – 19. These courses are the last ones of 2017 so get in while you can.
