All of the participants, who have previously officiated in Kiribati, have passed and are now recognised technical officials. Newly accredited Technical Officials are encouraged to take on mentor roles for upcoming events and competitions such as the Kiribati Games in August. For this course the Lecturer of was OAA’s Yvonne Mullins, who together with the KAA President Peter Birati congratulated the Technical Officials to their great learning efforts and handed over certificates at the closing ceremony.
