To assist Member Federations to further develop and provide upskilling opportunities to coaches, technical officials and administrators. 

OAA will receive requests from Member Federations that are wishing to enter into the mentoring program, we will identify and research the relationship that is required. 

This program will support professional on the job development and increase the network of sharing knowledge within the Oceania region.
