Oceania Athletics Opens Applications for Championships Internship Programme

Oceania Athletics has announced the launch of its Oceania Athletics Championships – Internship Programme, offering two paid internship opportunities for candidates from Pacific Island nations ahead of the 2026 Championships in Darwin.

As preparations continue for the 2026 Oceania Athletics Championships, Oceania Athletics Association is seeking one male and one female intern with an interest in sport management, event delivery, communications, or administration. The programme is designed to provide hands-on experience at one of the region’s largest athletics events, while supporting capacity building across the Pacific.

The successful interns will work closely with the organising team during the lead-in to, and delivery of, the Oceania Athletics Championships, gaining practical exposure across a range of operational areas.
