Oceania Athletics Association Headquarters is currently restructuring the Office.  The restructure will include two newly created roles that will be dedicated to overseeing and driving all aspects of Development. Their responsibilities will include strategizing and executing initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and efficiency across key projects. A key focus will be aligning efforts with the More People Pillar of the World Athletics Plan—promoting inclusivity, expanding participation, and engaging a broader audience in the sport. By ensuring seamless coordination and implementation, these positions will play a pivotal role in advancing our development efforts and achieving long-term success.

We are now looking to fill the role of ‘Development Co-ordinator’.

The Development Co-ordinator’s role will be a 30 hour per week position, based on the Gold Coast and is open to anyone who has the skills required and is eligible to be considered for this role.
